Ribbon Cutting Held for cfsbank Event Center with new owners Black Bear Sports and naming sponsor cfsbank

cfsbank CEO John Gill holds the giant scissors after cutting the ribbon on the new cfsbank Event Center, formerly known as Rostraver Ice Garden. The arena had a grand reopening this week with its new owners, Black Bear Sports Group, and cfsbank, its new naming sponsor.

“We are excited to see this transi- tion happening in the Mon Valley,” said Mon Valley Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Leanna Spada, adding her gratitude to Black Bear Sports and cfsbank for taking such an interest in the Mon Valley community.

“There is a lot of hard work and dedication to breathe new life into a community landmark such as this, so we are very appreciative."
